How Do I Make a Return?

We’ve made returning an item easier than ever! You can choose from our two convenient return options: select our easy UPS™ return option, or another carrier of your choice. You can access our easy return information below, or follow the easy return steps listed on the invoice included with your purchase. We've also included a self-adhesive return label for your convenience.

Please let us know the reason for returning the item, using the reason codes listed on the front of invoice. Before you select a return option, take a moment to make sure you've enclosed your invoice before you seal your return package. Also, take care to wrap your return package securely.

For your return, we recommend using either the same carton that was sent to you (less any shipping labels) or one of a similar size to avoid additional charges for the returned merchandise beyond the $6.99 non-refundable shipping charge.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please use the order form provided on your invoice. Re-shipping for an exchange of the same item(s) for a different color and or size within 30 days of original purchase is free.

Option 1. Returns Via UPS

  1. Use the UPS return label that was included with your shipment. Affix it to the outside of your package. Notate the Return Tracking #  for your records. The tracking number will allow you to track your return package at www.ups.com.
  2. Drop it off at any UPS location, UPS Store or Drop Box or give the package to any UPS driver.
  3. Pay nothing up front; a shipping charge of $6.99 will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Option 2. Return On Your Own 

Please wrap your package securely, enclosing the invoice with the item. Attach the "Return On Your Own Label" provided in your package and return it via any carrier of your choice. Using this option, you pay for the return postage at that carrier. We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. B. Moss clothing is not responsible for any packages not received unless sent using our UPS return label. Returns and exchanges must be returned pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

If making a return on a non-clearance item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase on any unworn, unused and unaltered merchandise B. Moss will issue a credit in the same form as original payment (Less shipping and handling.)

If making a return within 30 days of original purchase on any unworn, unused, and unaltered clearance item(s) ending in .99, B. Moss will issue a merchandise credit for the item(s) original purchase price. (Less shipping and handling)

If making a return after 30 days of the original purchase on any unworn, unused and unaltered merchandise B. Moss will issue a merchandise credit for the current selling price (Less shipping and handling.)

How Do I Track My Return

You can track your return package only via our UPS return label’s tracking number at www.ups.com. Enter your tracking number for the current status of your package. Once your return has been received, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your return. Please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear back on your original purchasing method.

If there is no tracking information, your item has most likely not been scanned yet by UPS. If you don't see any tracking information for your return after 48 hours, please call UPS™ at (800) 742-5877. Please have your return tracking number ready.

How Do I Exchange an Item?

Exchanges are simple. Easy instructions are listed on the back of your invoice, there are two convenient exchanging methods.  1) You can use our provided UPS, self-adhesive Customer Return Label that has been enclosed for your convenience.  Or, 2) You can use the Return On Your Own, cut-out return label that has been provided on the back of your invoice. Please let us know the reason for exchanging the item, using the reason codes listed on the front of your invoice.

While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase the first time, at B. Moss you can exchange our merchandise for the same item in a different color or size free of additional shipping charges.

Please follow packing and mailing instructions above in the How Do I Make a Return section.

You may exchange any non-clearance item that is unworn, unwashed and unaltered within 30 days of the original purchase for the same item in a different size and or color and will not be charged the $6.99 non-refundable shipping. If an exchange is unavailable for the same item in a different size or color you will be issued a merchandise credit for the original selling price and will not be charged the $6.99 non-refundable shipping.

If exchanging a clearance item(s) (ending in .99) within 30 days, and the requested exchange is unavailable you will be issued a merchandise credit for the item(s) current selling price and will not be charged the $6.99 non-refundable shipping.

After 30 days of original purchase, we will exchange any item that is unworn, unwashed and unaltered for the same item in a different size and or color. (less shipping and handling charges). If an exchange is unavailable for the same item in a different size or color you will be issued a merchandise credit for the current selling price of your return item(s) less the $6.99 non-refundable shipping.

You are required to include your invoice with your return or exchange. If an invoice is not included and we are not able to determine the original order details, then we will be unable to issue any form of credit. We strongly encourage you to register with us so that you can print a copy of your invoice through your My Account section. If you’re not a registered user and you’ve lost your invoice, please contact us and provide us with your name, email address and billing address so that we may email a copy of your order invoice.

Returns & Exchange Policies

In-stock Exchange Within 30 Days of Original Purchase

If we’ve received your item(s) within 30 days of your original purchase, and we’ve determined it to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, your in-stock, requested exchange item(s) will be processed immediately. As per our Policies and Procedures, since you returned your item(s) within 30 days of your original purchase, you will not be charged any return or re-shipping charges for your requested exchange item(s).

Non-refundable shipping and handling charges will apply if the shipment was received in a manner different from B. Moss’ recommendation of using either the same carton that was sent to you (less any shipping labels) or one of a similar size with our pre-paid UPS return label.

In-stock Exchange After 30 Days of Original Purchase

If we’ve received your item(s) after 30 days of your original purchase, and we’ve determined it to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, your in-stock, requested exchange item(s) will be processed immediately. As per our Policies and Procedures, since you returned your item(s) after 30 days of your original purchase, you will be charged the non-refundable shipping and handling charge of $6.99 for the requested exchange item(s).

If we’ve received your item(s) within 30 days of your original purchase, and we’ve determined it to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, but your requested exchange item(s) is no longer available then per our Policies and Procedures, we will be issuing you a merchandise credit for your original purchase price. You will not be charged the non-refundable shipping and handling charge of $6.99.

Shipping and handling charges will apply if the shipment was received in a manner different from B. Moss’ recommendation of using either the same carton that was sent to you (less any shipping labels) or one of a similar size with our pre-paid UPS return label.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we’ve received your merchandise to process your merchandise credit. If you have purchased your item(s) using your bmossclothing.com customer account, then we will place your merchandise credit in this account.

If you do not currently have a bmossclothing.com customer account, one will be created for you where your account name will be your email address and your password will be your order number. We will then place your merchandise credit in this account for you to use at your convenience.

Out-of-stock Exchange After 30 Days of Original Purchase

If we’ve received your item(s) after 30 days of your original purchase, and we’ve determined it to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, but your requested exchange item(s) is no longer available then per our Policies and Procedures, we will be issuing you a merchandise credit for the current selling price less the non-refundable shipping and handling charge of $6.99.

Additional non-refundable shipping and handling charges will apply if the shipment was received in a manner different from B. Moss’ recommendation of using either the same carton that was sent to you (less any shipping labels) or one of a similar size with our pre-paid UPS return label.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we’ve received your merchandise to process your merchandise credit.

If you have purchased your item(s) using your bmossclothing.com customer account, then we will place your merchandise credit in this account.

Returns Within 30 Days of Original Purchase

If we’ve received your non-clearance item(s) within 30 days of your original purchase, and we’ve determined it to be unworn, unused, and unaltered, we will be issuing a credit in the same form as your original payment method, less the non-refundable shipping and handling charge of $6.99, in accordance with our Policies and Procedures.

If making a return on any unworn, unused, and unaltered clearance item(s) ending in .99, a merchandise credit will be issued to you for the item(s) current selling price, less the non-refundable shipping and handling charge of $6.99, in accordance with our Policies and Procedures.

Additional non-refundable shipping and handling charges will apply if the shipment was received in a manner different from B. Moss’ recommendation of using either the same carton that was sent to you (less any shipping labels) or one of a similar size with our pre-paid UPS return label.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we’ve received your merchandise to process your refund.  Also, allow 1-2 billing periods before your credit appears on your original payment method.

If you are returning item(s) that were purchased using a promotional discount, and your return causes the value of your original order to disqualify you from the discount, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Returns After 30 Days of Original Purchase

If we’ve received your item(s) after 30 days of your original purchase, and we’ve determined it to be unworn, unused, and unaltered, we will be issuing a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the returned item(s) less the non-refundable shipping and handling charge of $6.99, in accordance with our Policies and Procedures.

Additional non-refundable shipping and handling charges will apply if the shipment was received in a manner different from B. Moss’ recommendation of using either the same carton that was sent to you (less any shipping labels) or one of a similar size with our pre-paid UPS return label.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we’ve received your merchandise to process your merchandise credit. If you have purchased your item(s) using your bmossclothing.com customer account, then we will place your merchandise credit within this account.

Return or Exchange Not in Accordance with B. Moss Policies & Procedures

If we’ve received your item(s), and we’ve been alerted to a discrepancy with our Policies and Procedures in regards to the item(s) being worn, washed, used and/or altered, then we cannot issue you an exchange, refund, or merchandise credit for your item(s) until our Quality Assurance department has determined a resolution.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your package for our Customer Service department to contact you with our findings and resolution.
